Create Inner Layer Land with no connect.

I have a PCB with 4 Layer. I use VIA from TOP Layer to Bottom Layer, Layer 2 and Layer 3 no conect but I want to create Land for Layer2 and Layer 3.

Please help me. Thanks

Regarding your inquiry, it is possible to create a land to a via existing

in inner layers by checking the box of [Create the Inner layer land with no connection] at

[Other DRC Settings] in the [DRC/MRC Settings] dialog ([Project] >> [DRC/MRC] >> [DRC/MRC Settings]).
