[HELP] Polygon cutout

Hi.
I'm have a problem when using "Polygon Cutout" tool to fix" Dynamic Plane is divived" errors.
After I cutout the plane which I want to delete, it appear a green border as an image's included.
Pls show me way to fix it.

    I think that green outline part is unconected plane.  Can't you select and delete this plane?
    If you cannot select it, Please check filter function or outline display mode of plane.
    *During outline display mode of plane can not be selected the plane.

    In this case, I can choose and delete cutout plane, but after deleted, the result isn't change ( like as before using Split Plane tool)
    I tried all case from you but it'snt affect.
