If you would like to change the width of all the routes on a board, you can do it by using a Filter function.

Filter allows you to limit selectable objects. Please make only Route selectable with this function, and select the whole board with your mouse or Ctrl + A on your keyboard. After that, by entering the route width in the Line Width on the Property Window, you can change all the route width on your board.

Also, with the Select Identical Nets function, you can select the routes with the same net as the one you select. If you would like to change the width of a specific route, please use this feature.
